The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate is a globally recognised health and safety qualification specifically for the construction industry. It is aimed at anyone working or looking to be employed within the construction industry who are required to ensure that activities under their control are undertaken safely.
This is a 10-day NEBOSH course which is tested using an NEBOSH Open Book Exam (OBE). The course is open to everyone – no previous knowledge is required. On successful completion you will gain a Nationally recognised NEBOSH qualification, with in-depth knowledge on the things that matter. This will include how to advise on methods of controlling hazards and risks in the construction industry and the application of safe systems of work, reporting and effective communication to reduce accidents in the workplace. This NEBOSH qualification has also secured recognition from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) for its UK construction qualification holders. The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) has been updated to a Level 7 qualification to ensure future learners gain a qualification that gives them recognition from CSCS.

This course runs for 10 days plus the Open Book Exam (OBE).
Certification / Exams
The award of NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate requires a pass of the NC1 Open Book Exam (OBE).
You will be given a period of 48 hours to complete this OBE.
English language skill level 6 or higher in IELTS, or equivalent is recommended, but not mandatory, for those whose first language is not English.
