I have known Dean for close to 20 years both in the Corps of Royal Engineers and as one of his first students in his venture (an extremely successful one as it turns out) into the H&S training world with BV Associates.
He is professional, forward thinking and extremely passionate about the service he and his team provides, demonstrable by the amount of excellent reviews that his company gets from students who have received his excellent training packages, geared towards keeping the stress of leaving the services to a minimum by building an outstanding team of both administrators and instructors so that all you have to do it turn up and work hard, the rest is taken care of.
A tribute to his own personality and outlook on life is his empathy and understanding of all who venture into the construction world and is his ability to build a team that agrees and supports his vision of being the best at what they do, ensuring students go into this world with a thorough understanding of the dangers and the knowledge to make it safer for all.

Dean encouraged me back in 2014 to sit my Nebosh General, Construction and fire. The support he gave me was nothing short of fantastic.
