The NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety is a globally recognised fire safety qualification by employers in all industry sectors. This qualification can help you protect people, property and ultimately your business from the harm a fire can cause.
This is a 5-day NEBOSH course plus an Open Book Exam (OBE) with a basic fire safety report submission. Everything is explained during the course and the pass mark is 45%.
This NEBOSH course is open to everyone and no previous knowledge is required. On successful completion you will gain a Nationally recognised Level 3 NEBOSH qualification, an in-depth understanding of the health and safety legalities relating to fire, how to minimise fire risk and how to undertake a fire risk assessment of your workplace.

About this course
The vast majority of fire-related incidents can be avoided using sound health, fire safety and risk management. By completing the NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety you will become trained in the legal requirements, the principles of fire and explosion and the causes and prevention of fires and fire protection.
It will equip you to contribute to the conduct and review of fire risk assessments and preventative and protective measures within most low risk workplaces, in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

This course runs for 6 days inclusive of your Open Book Exam (OBE).
Certification / Exams
The award of NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate requires a pass in the following two exams completed as part of your training:
English language skill level 6 or higher in IELTS, or equivalent is recommended, but not mandatory, for those whose first language is not English.
